BD FACS Vantage Cell Sorter
The BD FACSDiva workstation controls the BD FACSVantage SE flow cytometer when operated in digital mode. It consists of a Windows-based computer running BD FACSDiva acquisition and analysis software. Available laser excitations include 405, 488, 532 and 633 nm. The instrument can sort at the level of 100,000 events per second.
Intellicyt/Accuri High Throughput Flow Cytometer
The Intellicyt front end allows rapid sampling of 96-well plates and feed of these samples to the attached Accuri C6 flow analyzer to produce high-throughput single cell analysis data of up to two fluorescence parameters. The Accuri is equipped with two excitation lasers, 488 and 640 nm.
